4/14/2011 - Morristown Tea Party
On Thursday, April 14th, the Morristown Tea Party will focus on Medicaid Reform.
Dr. Alieta Eck, President-elect Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, will be the keynote speaker. She will talk about the Zarephath Health Center, a free clinic she and her husband John Eck, MD founded in 2003, and a model for the state. She will talk about fundamentally changing the Medicaid system.
Dr. Robert Villare, MD (Assembly candidate- NJ-3)- working to promote health care reform.
Andy Schlafly, legal counsel for the AAPS, will discuss the progress on drafting the legislative language for the NJ Volunteer Physician Protection Act.
Peter Leone, Medical Malpractice expert will also speak.
